Process for One Time Window

Eligibility

Only students who fulfil the following criteria will be eligible for this scheme:

  • Completion of all the courses till the penultimate semester of the programme (Sem 7 for GDPD, Sem 9/Sem 7 for SLPEP, Sem 4 for PGDPD / AEPEP as the case may be).
  • Such students with discontinuity may be grouped under groups:
    • Those whose GP document submission was accepted by NID for submission with either the jury pending / jury completed but follow-up pending
    • GP document submission was accepted by NID for submission with either the jury pending due to outstanding tuition fees
    • Those who had not started their GP / discontinued the GP at any stage (not submitted the document).

Fees

The Academic Record Cell will inform the eligible students to pay the re-enrolment fees Rs. 50,000 and applicable fees as given below:

  1. Project Proposal & Guide selection (in consultation with DLs / Deans / ACPE)
  2. Students register formally on the circulaid portal after clearance from the fees cell.

Jury

Jury will be scheduled by the Education office as per the fulfillment of the eligibility criteria of course.

Although it is an exception, the new provision should be consistent with the prevailing  norms and the current rules of credit and evaluation shall be applicable to such students. Students originally enrolled for admission to non-degree programmes cannot be awarded a degree because of this provision, as they have originally not been admitted for the new programme.
