Namit Sharma has over 17 plus years of experience in product and automobile design and a postgraduate from MIT Pune, He has extensive knowledge of the end-to-end life cycle of the design and innovation processes. He brings deep expertise in managing numerous projects in his industrial career and is a firm believer in sustainability and affordability.

He has worked with many leading OEM companies like Mahindra, Nissan Ashok Leyland (NALT), Ashok Leyland, Design Directions, and Celine Health Care.

His passion for design started during his childhood and grew over the years. He developed his skills through academic pursuits and varied professional responsibilities. He has built a reputation with regard to his accuracy and unwavering dedication to the development of innovation and imaginative thinking.

He has designed and delivered many projects throughout his career, and some of the notable projects are listed here. Mahindra All New Thar, Bolero, Ashok Leyland Buses—Dost, Partner, Stile Sunshine, and many more.
